Curriculum and Student Information Administrator

This is a full time, fixed term appointment in the Course and Student Administration Team within the Directorate of Academic and Student Affairs.

You will be:

  • responsible for the central administration of non-UMP students from enrolment through to final result
  • supporting the Curriculum and Student Information Managers with the provision of training and guidance for administrative and academic staff, to ensure that complex University regulations and protocols are adhered to at all times
  • supporting Faculty staff involved in examination committee processes, for example, Chairs and Secretaries of Examination Committees
  • providing an effective enquiry response, managing all relevant telephone, email, face-to-face and postal enquiries relating to course and student information from students, staff, stakeholders and externals.

You should have:

  • a customer focused approach to your work
  • experience of using administrative computer systems
  • an understanding of the importance of data quality and integrity
  • the ability to work without close supervision and communicate with staff at all levels
  • excellent administrative and organisational skills.
