Quality Assurance Administrator

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Assurance Administrator. Working closely with the Unit Head and QA Manager, you will perform a range of administrative activities for the Quality Assurance Department and general operations in the new PET Radiopharmacy Oxford (PROX).

This is a responsible role requiring strong administrative and secretarial skills to ensure that all documentation, records and databases are managed correctly and according to regulatory requirements and PROx internal procedures. The successful candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude and will need to pro-actively manage their time and prioritise tasks accordingly.

This post provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the set-up of a new unit that will deliver PET tracers for clinical research and develop novel tracer production for first in human studies.

You will be educated to at least A-level or equivalent with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and with a high standard of written English. Excellent keyboard and computing skills, including a high level of proficiency with MS Office, is essential, together with a high standard of numeracy and accuracy.

This is a full-time post and there may also be the requirement to participate in an out of hours/weekend rota. The post is available for 3 years in the first instance.
