Falmouth Exeter Plus is the service delivery partner of Falmouth University (Falmouth) and the University of Exeter (UoE). We deliver shared services and facilities for UoE and Falmouth in Cornwall underpinned by close collaboration with FXU, the combined students' union for Falmouth and UoE, to ensure that the interests of students and staff are at the heart of everything that Falmouth Exeter Plus delivers.

Student Services at Falmouth Exeter Plus is a uniquely innovative and dynamic workplace. As part of a network of shared services and facilities, we support students of both Falmouth University and the University of Exeter in Cornwall.

We are now looking for an Accessibility Services Manager to take our support for students to the next level. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational activity of our support service for students with disabilities and long term health conditions. You'll work closely with the Director and other senior managers and academic colleagues across the partnership, and the joint Students’ Union, to ensure high quality services to our students and the continued success of our Universities.

With a degree and substantial senior leadership experience, you'll be passionate about student inclusion, engagement, and success. With significant experience in delivering user centred services, you'll be stakeholder and student focused, evidence based, and will have detailed knowledge of relevant legislation.

You'll have a track record of achieving results and of delivering services which exceed expectations. You'll have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organisational skills. You’ll be able to manage and motivate staff in a fast changing environment, and will have a detailed knowledge of the higher education sector.
