Degree Apprenticeships Co-ordinator

Fixed-term appointment for 2 years.

An opportunity exists for an experienced administrator who can offer first-class organisation, communication, and IT skills.

Your main duties will include responsibility for establishing and implementing quality assurance procedures and support for the development of the University’s Degree Apprenticeship Programme. This will include co-ordinating contributions from Schools and Services across the University and external networking. The post involves liaison with School Business Development Managers, Human Resources, Staff Development, and external contacts, and requires exceptional attention to detail.

We are keen to attract a person of strong character who is able to work in a confidential, competent, and efficient manner. Educated to Degree level, with knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and experience in liaising with a wide range of people at all levels of an organisation is essential, along with excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
