An exciting opportunity has arisen within the College’s Operational Excellence Programme (OE) for a Change Manager to support the successful implementation of a range of support service transformations and operating model change. This is a pivotal role focusing on both the business level and people side of change, working closely with sponsors, process owners and senior leaders, within departments, to ensure the change strategy and plans are effective, so that changes are successful and targeted benefits are sustained over the long term.

OE is the approach used to achieve our goal of excellence in academic and professional support services, reducing duplicated effort and tackling inefficient processes to deliver excellent, more effective support service operations, whilst improving the experience of staff and students. The post holder will join a dynamic team of professional Change Management, Programme Management and OE Coaches that supporting a range of support services projects and programmes.

The role of Change Manager is diverse and will require the post holder to be flexible and proactive in the face of competing priorities. The post holder will provide leadership, co-ordination and coaching for the delivery of all business change activity safeguarding benefits realisation. The individual must be a team-player who will use their methodical approach to work and strong interpersonal skills, to support Sponsors, local Change Agents and the wider programme team to embed best practice Change Management methodology within the programme.
