These include plans to spend £52 million over a 2 year period on the ongoing transformation of the university campus, major investment in new systems and IT infrastructure, and the exploration of new commercial ventures and partnerships.

We are seeking to appoint a new Director of Finance to provide outstanding commercial and financial leadership across the institution, during a period of unprecedented change for the higher education sector.

With a key role on the University Executive team, you will provide critical oversight of the financial affairs of the University in order to maintain our on-going financial health and stability. Your personal ambitions and values will align to ours and as a commercially astute Chartered Accountant with extensive experience working at a strategic level in a large, complex organisation, you will demonstrate a track record of achievement. First class leadership skills are essential, as is an ability in managing transformational change and delivering continuous improvements.
