Postgraduate Student Administrator

University of Bristol - Faculty Student Administration

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the Schools in the Faculty of Science, providing administrative support for postgraduate students (both PhD and PGT) and academics in the School of Earth Sciences. The post is grade F part time (0.8FTE), 28 hours per week, on an open-ended basis.

You will have excellent customer care skills and be passionate about providing a high level of support to staff, students and professional services colleagues within the administrative team. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people. You will have good organisational and administrative skills, be efficient and adaptable and used to working in a busy environment as well as having the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines. Previous experience of postgraduate administration would be desirable.

You will be experienced in using a range of IT systems and be able to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
