We invite applications for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate position available immediately. You will work as a member of a £4m BBSRC programme entitled ‘Systems Biology Analysis of Biological Timers and Inflammation’. This project aims to understand links between inflammation, cell division and the daily body clock and you will have responsibility for exploring systems to study links between the circadian clock and NF-κB dynamics in specific experimental models. You will also study the functional effects of the perturbation of NF-κB function in these models. Extensive and up-to-date knowledge in inflammation research, cell cycle research or circadian clock research is required along with technical skills in mammalian cell culture and extensive experience in molecular cell biology techniques.
