Newcastle University Business School is inviting applications for a Senior Lecturer post. The primary purpose of the post is to contribute to research and teaching in the Leadership, Work and Organisation subject group in the Human Resource Management (HRM) area, with particular emphasis on international and/or comparative aspects of HRM.

Applicants should have a good honours degree and PhD in a relevant discipline.
