HR Manager (Policy and Projects)

Do you have generalist HR experience and a flair for writing innovative HR policies and procedures? Have you successfully managed complex projects? Are you looking for your next HR challenge?

You will join the HR team at an exciting time of change. You will take the lead on the development of our HR policies and will manage a variety of projects to support the achievement of the university strategy.

You will be CIPD qualified at level 7 and will have strong negotiation and influencing skills. You will have a good understanding of the Higher Education and HR external landscape and a broad knowledge of employment legislation with a proven track record of using this to develop practical and effective policies.
