Project Manager - Computer Aided Facilities Management

Contract Type:  Fixed Term until 21/12/18.

About You

Qualified to degree or holding a relevant project management qualification or equivalent work experience, you will bring your knowledge and experience of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes, including risk management.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience or involvement in project managing a CAFM implementation. To be successful you will be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the project management team, senior managers, third party partners and service providers.

About the Role

You will manage all aspects of the implementation programme for the rollout of a new Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system across a number of services within Facilities Management to agreed specifications and timescales.

Reporting into the Head of Service Development & Assurance you manage the project and team. You will be responsible for the planning, direction and coordination of all activities to drive the project forward.
