Faculty Position

In view of its continuous growth IESEG School of Management at the Catholic University of Lille invites applications for one full-time position (starting September 2018) in Strategy as Assistant, Associate, Full Professor or Lecturer in the Management Department (Lille campus).

Job Qualifications

The candidate is expected to contribute to the development of the Management Department and to teach Executive Education. The ideal candidate (M/F) should have extensive managerial experience and a proven track record in Executive Education teaching and developing strategic management courses and programs. He/she will teach at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels and also contribute to the design and development of the Department's programs, with a particular focus on the development of Executive Education programs. The candidate should be a team player.

A PhD in Management is a plus but not a requirement for candidates applying as Lecturer and with extensive corporate and Executive Education experience. Applicants must be completely fluent in English and French as many Executive Education programs are delivered in French but other classes are taught in English.

Applicants for the position of Assistant Professor should have the potential to secure publications in top-tier refereed journals. For appointment at the Associate/Full Professor level, applicants are in addition required to have (a) extensive higher education teaching experience; (b) a strong publication record in top-tier refereed journals; and (c) good networks in academia and/or professional circles at regional and international levels. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an appointment at Assistant Professor level.

Salary Range
