UEA Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship/Post-doctoral Research Fellowship

University of East Anglia - Centre for Competition Policy and Norwich Business School

The Centre for Competition Policy is collaborating with the Norwich Business School to offer a two-part recruitment process which could lead to either a one year post-doctoral research fellowship in NBS or a 3 year Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship  in CCP.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding early career academic or final stages doctoral student whose research interests fall within the area of competition policy and regulation.

Step one of the selection process would lead to an offer of a one year post-doctoral research fellowship in the Norwich Business School with the obligation to apply, before 1 March 2018 and with the support of CCP senior academics, to the Leverhulme Trust for a 3-year Early Career Fellowship. Should this second part be successful, then the NBS post-doctoral research fellowship offer would be retracted and replaced by the Leverhulme Fellowship.

Candidates must meet the minimum criteria set by the Norwich Business School and the Centre for Competition Policy, as well as the Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship’s eligibility criteria, all of which are outlined in the further particulars and which, in addition to the research interests already mentioned, include but are not limited to having submitted your doctoral thesis between 1 March 2014 and 1 March 2018.

Both posts are available from 3 September 2018 on a full–time fixed term basis.

The School of Economics is a Bronze Athena Swan Award holder, currently working towards Silver.
