Reporting To: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Summary: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Officer to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake market research to identify sectors with requirements that can be met by the School.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries from clients, prospect students independently and in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process incoming applications for all programmes, checking qualifications, the validity of decisions and authenticity of results.
  • Liaising with directors to develop the strategies to attract students and alliance and setting of targets.
  • Keeping up-to-date with key issues and development in the Finance industries, higher education, continuing professional development and Competitive environment.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures against the target figures.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.


The appointee will be allocated other duties, commensurate with the grade, as deemed necessary by the BDM.

Essential Requirements:

  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Officer
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
