Nottingham Trent University is a large, modern university with a diverse staff & student population spread across three campus. Estates are responsible for a range of services including maintenance, as well as developing the University estate to provide a high quality environment for working & learning. NTU is currently undergoing an ambitious programme of improvements and this is an exciting time to join our Estates team.

Playing an integral role within the Engineering & Maintenance team, you will provide valued support in this varied and demanding role. You will deliver customer satisfaction, and value for money by also providing a cost effective service. To manage a designated team in operational facilities related issues, managing the interface between the built environment and the user. To assist the Maintenance & Facilities Manager in delivering a value for money facilities management service across the University, creating a safe a conducive working environment for all users.

Applicants must have relevant experience in Facilities Management, you should have a Degree or equivalent. Or extensive and demonstrable experience in a similar role.
