Senior UG Education Support Administrator

We seek an experienced administrator who will provide high level professional administrative support to both students and teaching staff as part of the Undergraduate Education Support Team in the School of Engineering.

The team is responsible for the efficient running of all administrative matters relating to undergraduate students and their programmes and providing a high level of customer service to students and academic staff.

The post holder will line manage the Undergraduate Support Administrators and will provide leadership and guidance to team members.

A customer service focus is essential s the post holder will be required to support the students and work closely with the Head of Education and Year Directors to support and implement changes to procedures where necessary.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with professional and academic colleagues.

They should have significant current experience of working within a busy multifunctional environment within HE education administration and be able to prioritise workloads to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

Experience of supervising staff would be advantageous.
