Lecturer in Electronic Engineering

We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Electronic Engineering to join the Department of Engineering Design and Mathematics at UWE Bristol.

This post will focus on teaching and supporting students on BEng/MEng and other Masters level programmes in Electronic Engineering and Robotics. Particular teaching specialisms within electronic engineering we are seeking include practical experience of analogue electronics, signal processing, and communications. Current areas of research strength in the department include engineering modelling and simulation, machine vision, and robotics. There are opportunities to work with industry on knowledge exchange projects.

Successful applicants will need to have a PhD in Electronic Engineering or hold CEng status. A teaching qualification is desirable, but at least some experience of teaching in higher education is essential. Experience of working in or collaborating with relevant industry is essential.
