We are seeking to appoint a Finance Trainee Trainer to support our growing number of financial users across the University. If you have relevant experience and knowledge in finance processes and familiarity with Oracle R12, we encourage you to apply.

Your main responsibility will be to deliver face-to-face process and systems training in groups or one-to-one sessions enabling all agreed learning outcomes to be achieved. You will also take a leading role in facilitating workshops, user surgeries, working parties and refreshers to coach and support end users in achieving desired results.

You will also be expected to support the finance training manager in identifying and scoping the training requirements for differing types of training delivery methods. You will develop training courses and materials which may be used in classroom or online sessions. This will involve the setup and maintenance of a specific training system where standing and transactional data will be added manually.

The role will also require day-to-day administration of user access requests.

You will have a good working knowledge of financial processes, be able to work autonomously and have excellent interpersonal skills. You should also be confident in the use of Microsoft Office toolset and demonstrate excellent presentation skills.

You will also be required to upload a CV and supporting statement which explains how you meet the selection criteria for the post.
