The College wishes to recruit a Supervisor to support the delivery of the IAPT High Intensity (HI) training programme in 2018.

This part-time (at 0.1 fte) post is available January 2018 on a fixed term contract until 31st December 2018 in Clinical Education Development and Research (CEDAR).

The job purpose is delivery of supervision of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for trainees undertaking the High Intensity (HI) IAPT Programme. The accredited CBT therapist will work using standard approaches to CBT supervision. Training and regular expert supervision in the approach will be provided. For supervisors who have not already attended the IAPT 5 day supervisor training this will be provided (as available) during employment.

The successful applicant will possess an in-depth understanding of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and IAPT High Intensity training to facilitate the development of trainee High Intensity Therapists towards competent CBT practice.
