Research Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized individual who is experienced in independently planning and implementing the administration and finances of large complex projects. Working alongside the Project Leadership Team of the GlobalGRACE (Global Gender and Cultures of Equality) Project, which is funded by the Global Challenges Research Fund of RCUK, the Project Administrator will support academic researchers as they bring together institutional research, artistic interventions, curatorial research practice and public exhibitions to investigate and enable gender positive approaches to wellbeing internationally.

The role will include research administration (including procurement, logistical arrangements, and liaison with administrative offices across Goldsmiths); the monitoring of project budgets; and the administration of project communication activities, both internally to the international partnership and also externally through project website and social media channels.

The requirements of the post include: experience of administrating large projects, including financial aspects; experience of digital communications; familiarity with workflow administration and financial management tools; and excellent communication and organisation skills.
