The Faculty of Health and Social Sciences (HSS) is central to this vision, working closely with practice partners to prepare and develop health care and social work professionals to provide high quality care. 

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to delivery of teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in nursing and other health science related programmes. You will be engaged in research and knowledge-exchange activity and developing personal areas of scholarship and professional expertise.

You will be qualified to Doctorate level and will be professionally and research active and committed to a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement. You will have experience of working within healthcare environments as well as a health science related qualification such as a NMC or HCPC Registered qualification or Chartered Psychologist status.  You will have teaching experience preferably within the higher education environment.
