Variable Hours Lecturer in Professional Cookery

A Bank Chef Lecturer is required to assist in delivering and developing the full time Professional Cookery Qualifications at Levels 1, 2 and 3. You will work on an ‘as and when required’ basis to cover periods of sickness, leave and busy periods.

You must be qualified to a minimum Level 3 (or equivalent) in an appropriate qualification.  Proven, relevant industrial experience is essential.

You will preferably have teaching experience but this is not essential, you must be willing to undertake the necessary teacher training.

Please note additional hours are available to applicants who are also able to assess this subject area and possess appropriate qualifications.
