Salary £34,850 - £49,200 (exact placement within the band will be dependent upon qualifications and experience)

The School of Health, Wellbeing and Performance at AECC University College is looking to appoint a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Psychology. AECC University College is a distinctive and specialised Higher Education Institution (HEI) internationally recognised for providing education in the domain of applied science, and is based in the cosmopolitan town of Bournemouth in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the University College at a key stage in its development. The new School of Health, Wellbeing and Performance is expanding its portfolio to include a number of psychology-focused programmes including: psychology, health psychology, psychology and counselling, and sport and exercise psychology. Reporting to the Head of School, the successful candidate will make an influential contribution to the development and delivery of this new psychology provision at the Institution, and the expansion of our psychology-focused research and scholarship activity.

The successful applicant should have or be near completing a PhD in Psychology, and either be a chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) or a HCPC registered practitioner psychologist. They should have a strong research or applied practice profile and have experience delivering on undergraduate psychology degree programmes.
