Teaching, Marketing and Communications Administrator

Applications are invited for a Teaching, Marketing and Communications Administrator to provide organisational and administrative support functions across the MSc Population Health course and to provide marketing and communications support across the Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care. This post is core funded.

Education to GCSE/A levels, NVQ Level I/II Administration, or equivalent, as well as secretarial/administrative qualifications or having acquired substantial relevant experience are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong organisational background with an understanding of HEI administrative, student and financial systems. They must have excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills and demonstrate a strong team-work ethic. This role requires that the post holder works on their own initiative and be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Previous experience in a similar environment, in particular in a student-facing role, would be advantageous.

The appointment will be on UCL Grade 6. The salary range will be £28,014 - £32,830 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
