Sports Officer

We need a driven & committed individual to take on the role of Sports Officer at our vibrant sports centre, assisting the Duty Manager in the day to day operation & development of the SportsPark.

You will require excellent customer service and communication skills as well as being conscientious in your work within a small team. In addition to daily operational and cleaning tasks there may be the opportunity to assist with facility or service based development projects.

You will have:

  1. A good understanding of and experience in providing an excellent standard of customer service
  2. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members and customers
  3. A conscientious and committed attitude to meeting deadlines and to your personal and professional development
  4. Experience of cash handling
  5. An ability to identify solutions to day to day issues
  6. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  7. A first aid certificate, industry-related qualifications and database experience would be desirable however there is scope for achievement and development within the role
