This role will provide first class administrative support to students and staff across all courses at the Bristol Campus.  You will be responsible for coordinating the smooth operation of the Student Services function in accordance with agreed procedures and regulations.  You will proactively deal with a range of enquiries direct from students across a range of topics and where relevant signposting students to the appropriate internal contact. 

Working with the Head of Operational Services, you will be the point of contact for the Student Services Team providing proactive and consistent advice and guidance and take the lead role in planning and organising various campus student events. 

You will need to have previous experience of delivering first class customer service in a student facing office environment and in managing and implementing complex administrative processes.  You will have the ability and confidence to use your own initiative, identify issues and suggest solutions.
