Full Time Post: 36.25 hours per week

As the highest ranked provider of specialist Creative Arts education in the UK, The University for the Creative Arts is seeking to appoint a talented Content & Communications Officer to increase its capacity to share the extraordinary work produced by its students, staff and associates across its four creative campuses at Farnham, Epsom, Rochester and Canterbury.

The vacant role will be based within the Marketing & Student Recruitment Team at the Farnham campus.

The Content & Communications Officer will be an exceptional writer with a passion for brand storytelling and the ability to elicit high quality content from academic sources. With a flair for engaging with local, national and international media outlets and building great relationships with journalists, bloggers and social commentators, this role will be part of a well-connected team of content professionals.

Candidates will need to display evidence of developing content for a wide range of audience groups, both on and off line and significant experience of contributing to go-to-market campaigns and media channels.

Applicants will need to be social media savvy and adept at helping to create new audiences through the creation of creative content. It will work closely with members of the Marketing & Student Recruitment Team, with teams aligned to the development of relationships with academic schools and other key stakeholders across the institution.

Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
