University of Warwick - People Group - Human Resources

Permanent position, working 27.5 hours per week - between 11:30 and 17:30.

You will work as part of the HR Shared Services team providing administrative support to university departments. This will expose you to a wide range of HR issues, involving advertising vacancies, producing contract letters, amendments to contracts, generating reports and answering queries from departments.

You will need to be a good communicator, with excellent administrative and customer service skills. A knowledge of Microsoft IT packages including Word and Excel is essential as is an ability to use databases and the internet. Attention to detail and tact are important attributes within this confidential environment.

Interview date to be confirmed: either week commencing 1st or 8th January 2018
