Teaching Laboratory Assistant

The Centre for Applied Anatomy welcomes applications for the role of Teaching Laboratory Assistant.

The role holder will be responsible to the Senior Teaching Technician and Technical Manager for the day to day tasks in the Veterinary and Medical dissection rooms ensuring practical classes are set up accurately and on time as per requirements.

This is an interesting position in a busy and friendly Centre where a large number of undergraduate students and external course delegates pass through the doors. You will have a good understanding of the Human Tissue Authority codes of practice, experience of working in an educational environment and be experienced in using a range of IT systems and be able to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
