We're looking for a friendly and collaborative programme manager to support in the smooth running of the EMBA Programme in our Degree Education and Career Centre.

The Role

Have you got an eye for improvement and an ear for listening?

Our Degree Education and Career Centre plays a key role in innovating and implementing five executive degree programmes that will serve over 400 students each year. As EMBA Programme Manager you'll offer vital support to both students and faculty. From helping roll-out a 2-year operations plan to being the go-to for student support - whether it be welfare, pastoral care, or academic counselling - this position is for an approachable, accomplished individual with an aptitude for multitasking. You'll also:

  • Work closely with our Dubai counterparts to ensure consistency across both programmes, offering a seamless experience to all students.
  • Manage the production and maintenance of all EMBA literature available on campus and online.
  • Be the primary student relationship manager for all London September EMBA students throughout the 20 month programme.
  • Manage the collation of all student feedback, recommending programme enhancements to key stakeholders within the company.
  • Handle all non-London Business School elective opportunities on behalf of all EMBA students, including International Study Opportunities.

In this role, you'll support on a wide variety of EMBA projects, whilst ensuring that our students get the support they need to succeed.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Must have a degree with a First being preferable.
  • Previous relevant experience in higher education administration or similar.
  • Competent in Microsoft programmes including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confidence in analysing and presenting data back to key company stakeholders.
  • An appreciation of cultural issues.
  • Interpersonal skills and experience handling challenging situations.
