Location: University Park
Salary: £29,799 to £38,833 per annum (pro-rata if offered a job share) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Applications are invited for the above post based in Student Services at University Park Campus, Nottingham. 

The University has transformed the delivery of student administration and support with teams working from our Service Centres and dedicated spaces across our UK campuses. An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in one of these Student Services teams. Applications are invited for the role of Student Services Manager. This Student Services Manager role is located within the team supporting the Schools of CLAS and English and will ensure the delivery of a number of services associated with the student journey. Working in a busy, dynamic environment, the successful candidate will be highly enthusiastic and self-motivated. They will have an excellent eye for detail and will be experienced in managing a team or area of work and be committed to delivering a high quality service in all aspects of the role. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage their own workload with minimum supervision while maintaining the ability to react appropriately to changing priorities and be able to develop a network of contacts to support the priorities of Student Services. They will be required to develop strong working relationships with the academic Schools.

Hours of work for this post are 36.25 per week, normally 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday inclusive (with a one hour lunch break). Given the nature of the role, there are times when additional working may be required. The post is open to a job share.
