HR Administrative Assistant

Immediately required on a full or part-time basis. 

This is an exciting and varied role that would suit an individual with knowledge and an understanding of the College's administrative procedures, and experience of providing support in a Human Resource environment. 

  • The role holder will provide administrative support to the personnel administrator at various stages of the recruitment, including arranging interviews, notifying Interview Panel, requesting references, maintaining staff files and other general admin duties as may be required. 
  • The role holder will provide support to new starters including inductions and monitoring probation and appraisal processes. 
  • The role holder will provide support for certain general administrative duties within the College core team. 

The position may be taken as full/part-time employment and for one year in the first instance with the possibility of renewal.

Good qualifications, proficiency in MSO, good internet skills and administrative experience are all essential.
