Senior Manager, Lectures Online

Position Summary
The Senior Manager – Lectures Online is responsible to manage the operations and availability of lectures online across campuses in coordination with IT to enhance the overall student experience. He/she is responsible to implement new technologies in line with HCT’s learning needs in coordination with faculty.


  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, e.g. Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Education Technologies.
  • Ideally eight years of work experience in Education Technologies with ideally two years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Thorough knowledge of modern educational theory & practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand how technology is introduced into the learning environment and teaching methodology.
  • Strong management or leadership skills as exhibited by experience in effectively leading a team and/or chairing committees.
  • Superior interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to form professional relationships at all levels of the organization and with appropriate external stakeholders.
  • Overseas work experience within a multi-cultural environment would be advantageous.
