CLAHRC Theme 1 Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a full time project administrator to support the CLAHRC Theme 1 (Maternity and Child Health) WM team in their rapid service evaluation of maternity and child health services across the West Midlands. The team comprises 1 theme lead, 2 deputy leads, 8 researchers, a PhD student and various Master students. The role also includes liaison with a number of additional stakeholders allied to the team both internally and externally, including with Central CLAHRC WM at University of Warwick.

The Project Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support to members of the research team. The administrator will be expected to co-ordinate project communication both written and verbal, internally and externally including with senior contacts. It is essential that the project administrator is able to manage conflicting demands on their time, and prioritise their workload accordingly without consultation. They are expected to work independently, ensuring that deadlines are met, and problems solved and issues followed up as necessary to effect this.
