Maintenance Manager – Central Fabric Team

The salary will be paid at Grade 7, ££41,212 - £49,149 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.

The Asset Maintenance department are responsible for the maintenance of all services for the College’s Infrastructure, ensuring that services provide value for money, whilst safeguarding the College’s staff, students, and researchers and ensuring that assets and facilities availability performance meets the demanding needs of the College’s core business.

This role is ultimately responsible for the effective delivery of Fabric Maintenance (including where applicable security / CCTV support etc) across designated buildings located within the KCL Estate.  Management of a team of ~ 24 delivery staff for fabric oriented maintenance and a cyclical redecoration programme across the estate in a safe and sustainable way, managing staff across a variety of shift patterns and days, 361 days per year.

The selection process will include competency based questions and a panel interview.
