About the role:

We’re recruiting a motivated and committed Project Coordinator to support employers and individuals who are engaging with our Degree Apprenticeships. Degree Apprenticeships are a growing area of business for Anglia Ruskin. They require close coordination between employer, apprentice and university. As our portfolio grows, we are establishing new processes and mechanisms to support employers and apprentices, providing excellent communications and customer service throughout.

As a key member of our Degrees at Work team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that employers and apprentices receive an excellent service throughout their journey with us, from the initial engagement, through the duration of the Degree Apprenticeship course to graduation. You’ll work closely with our Skills Development Consultants, Marketing and Business Operations teams to identify, develop, and implement systems and processes that support our service to employers and apprentices. You’ll manage the smooth transition of employers and individuals onto their Degree Apprenticeship course, providing an excellent customer service, information, advice, and guidance throughout. You’ll be joining a highly motivated team who are passionate about the unique service they offer, and believe in providing practical learning solutions to benefit organisations and individuals.

With a degree or relevant professional qualification, you'll have experience of working within a customer facing role. You’ll be a motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise and manage expectations, both internally and externally, and the ability to engage with people at different levels and across a wide range of sectors. You’ll be able to demonstrate experience in developing and implementing new processes and systems that enhance the customer’s experience, and in proactively identifying and proposing new ideas for improvement. You’ll be an excellent team player and committed to maintaining accurate records to support our data capture and business development activities. You'll have experience of working in a customer facing role in an Education, Higher Education or commercial environment and within a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with and supporting others. Experience of maintaining accurate records and working with data is essential.
