Do you understand how to lead and motivate a small technical support team? Do you know what it takes to deliver excellent customer service and also have a great track record working in desktop support? 

We have just made some exciting changes to the Desktop Services team in IT Services and now have a new position for a team supervisor to lead our Desk-side support team. The team are predominantly responsible for picking up support calls that require a visit to site, supporting users over more than 75 locations. 

You will, along with your team, work and liaise closely with your counterparts in the Remote Support team to ensure that support calls assigned by the Service Desk are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.

You will be comfortable in making decisions and in taking responsibility for your team and will lead by example.
