University of Southampton - Early Years Centre

1x Fixed Term, Full time (37.5 hours per week), until January 2019

1x Fixed Term, Part time (18.75 hours per week), until November 2018

Please note, the part time position will be required to work the following weekly working pattern:

Monday: 1-5pm, Tuesday: 1-5pm, Wednesday: 1-5pm, Thursday: 1-5pm, Friday: 1-5pm

We currently have an opportunity for two highly motivated individuals to join our team within the University of Southampton’s Early Years Centre, in a role which requires commitment and flexibility.

You will be responsible for helping in the delivery of a quality provision of care and education for children under five. Applicants should be able to multi-task, communicate effectively, plan activities for children under supervision and complete allocated work on time. The successful candidate will work flexibly to provide services to a range of customers.

Applicants must have or be working towards a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education/CACHE Diploma/NNEB or equivalent.

A satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service clearance at Enhanced level is also required.
