The Admissions and Student Recruitment Officer provides expert assistance to education agents and students in relation to applications and entry requirements. The role involves entering applicant
data, processing applications and ensuring that excellent customer service and quality standards are provided to key stakeholders.

The Admissions and Student Recruitment Officer, in conjunction with the Admissions Coordinator, is expected to assist the College-based admissions function, working closely with the UK centralised
Admission and Recruitment Centre (ARC) in Oxford, and collaborating closely with Swansea University’s admissions team in order to expedite a seamless CAS issuance, application referral process and management of the English language offer process.

The Admissions and Student Recruitment Officer will work cross functionally with the Marketing, and College Services Teams to assist in the provision of a proactive and responsive Admission and
Recruitment process, in line with College and ARC processes. The post holder will be expected to be able to develop effective customer focused, business relationships and opportunities, both in the UK and offshore and to implement customer service strategies that will achieve agreed targets.
