Executive Assistant to the Director of Strategic Change and Planning

Applications are invited for an Executive Assistant who will provide a comprehensive range of PA/Administration support to the Director of Strategic Change and Planning, to ensure the successful achievement of key projects and priorities.

As Executive Assistant, you will have an enthusiastic, dynamic and proactive work ethos, with significant experience supporting senior colleagues. You will be well-organised and able to cope with tight deadlines, unpredictable volumes of work and rapidly changing priorities. An excellent communicator, you will be confident dealing with a diverse range of people in a professional and personable manner.

The Executive Assistant will be the first point of contact for the Director of Strategic Change and Planning, so tact, discretion, and a welcoming and positive attitude are therefore essential. You should have strong financial monitoring and reconciliation capabilities; Proven experience in servicing meetings and outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a busy environment dealing with competing priorities and work of a confidential nature. You should have a good standard of education to A level standard or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
