Lecturer/Associate Professor in Real Estate Economics

The Department of Real Estate and Planning has a strong research and teaching focus on real estate economics. We are seeking to appoint a lecturer or associate professor to enhance our capacity in this subject area. The successful candidate will be research active and publish in high quality journals. You will also teach on, and lead modules, across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Alongside this there is the opportunity to take leadership roles within the Department.

You will have:

  • A PhD in real estate economics.
  • The ability to carry out high quality research and teaching.
  • A good understanding of one or more areas related to real estate economics.
  • A proven academic track record, appropriate to the level of appointment.
