Widening Participation Evidence and Evaluation Manager

Full or Part-time (job-share or minimum 0.8 FTE)

In this new role in UEA’s Widening Participation Team, you will manage the implementation of UEA’s Widening Participation Evidence and Evaluation Strategy by specifying and managing different research streams, interpreting and reporting on insight, designing and undertaking evaluations and developing the strategy and approach to reflect changing priorities over time. The role will be crucial in enabling the University to deliver its Widening Participation strategy and realise its commitments to increasing the proportion of students from under-represented groups admitted to and successfully completing their studies.

You must be qualified to degree level (or equivalent qualification or experience) and have experience of managing and leading a team; of designing, managing and implementing projects to evaluate success and impact of activities; and of managing input into the development and implementation of strategic plans. Excellent report writing and negotiation skills are also essential.

The Finance, Planning and Governance Division is located in the Centrum Building, Colney Lane, Norwich, NR4 7UG.
