Online Student Support Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Performance, Improvement and Customer Care team at CU Coventry on a 12-month fixed contract. 

The Online Student Support Manger OSSM is a highly focused and responsible position that is integral to an effective Online student provision.  You will be dealing with a wide range of enquiries from both internal and external sources where you will review, diagnose, resolve or pursue for satisfactory resolutions, whilst reviewing risk and ways to mitigate any re-occurrences.   

You will bring a track record of providing exceptional organisational management, outstanding support and customer service to various stakeholders on behalf of a wider team.  You will work closely with academic and professional service teams at all levels to ensure timely delivery of resources, whilst coordinating and tracking academic and registry aspects to support the student journey throughout.

You will be responsible for resolving or communicating customer requirements in accordance with company standards, regulations, policies and procedures.  You will provide a personable and efficient service, whilst conveying a sense of expertise in our Educational Services and capabilities. 

You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week and this will include evenings and Saturdays.
