Personal Assistant

King's College London - Health Schools, the Centre for Team Based Practice & Learning in Health Care

The salary will be paid at Grade 4, £24,285 to £27,285 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.

This post will be Fixed Term for three years.

King’s College London is looking to appoint a full-time Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director of the Centre for Team Based Practice & Learning in Health Care, Professor Rick Iedema.  The varied workload will include:

  • Facilitating educational events;
  • Processing research submissions;
  • Managing calendar invites;
  • Drafting correspondence and reports;
  • Providing administrative support to the Centre’s committees.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual committed to developing his/her administrative skills and capabilities. The role is typified by a great variety of tasks and the successful candidate must be prepared to expect variation in task and project assignments. Versatility, adaptability, and the capacity to ‘juggle’ different requests are essential, as is the ability to prioritise accordingly. 

The selection process will include a panel interview.
