This full time post is available from immediately, initially on a fixed term basis until 31 August 2019.

Exeter Clinical Trials Unit (ExeCTU) is a UKCRC registered University of Exeter supported facility and works in collaboration with researchers and clinicians in the design and delivery of high quality and efficient controlled trials and other well-designed studies addressing important health questions. We work closely with NIHR Exeter Clinical Research Facility (CRF) and have an established Exeter Clinical Trials Support Network (ECTSN).

The ExeCTU Operations and Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of the ExeCTU and Director of College Operations (UEMS) to deliver key strategic objectives that will enable the ExeCTU to grow its ambitions in the clinical trials sector.

The role holder will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the ExeCTU strategic plans and will hold responsibility for operational, financial and project management of the Unit. As a senior professional, they will be integral to our success and the role holder will have the opportunity to use their skills and experience to take a lead in the continuing rapid development of the Unit.
