Lead Assessor

College of Optometrists

4 days per week, 2 London based, 2 home based

We are looking for a Lead Assessor for the Scheme for Registration.  As a member of the College team, you will oversee the delivery and quality assurance of the work-based assessment element of the Scheme.  You will work closely with the Deputy Lead Assessor and the senior assessors to ensure work-based assessments delivered across the UK are carried out according to College guidelines.  In addition to this, you will also work closely with the Education department to support the wider delivery of the Scheme for Registration and help to develop assessment in line with changes within the sector.
