The UCL Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment is the UK’s largest and leading multidisciplinary Faculty of the Built Environment; covering Architecture, Construction and Project Management, Planning and Environmental Design and other specialist fields. Set within the Faculty, The Bartlett School of Architecture is seeking to appoint a Finance Officer to join the Administration Team within the Bartlett School of Architecture. You will specialise in administering the spectrum of financial activities within the School including financial reporting and planning alongside providing a comprehensive and effective service to all staff and students within the School.

You will have sound financial and IT skills, experience of using financial systems and a broad range of administration skills including; relationship building, client liaison skills and the ability to learn and develop new systems. The successful post holder will be educated to degree level or have equivalent accounting knowledge of UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (UK GAAP) with the ability to prioritise and effectively manage a high workload, whilst working under pressure to achieve deadlines.

The appointment will be on UCL Grade 7. The salary range will be £34, 635 - £41,864 per annum , inclusive of London Allowance.
