College Career Development Fellowship in Law

The Governing Body proposes to appoint a College Career Development Fellow in Law for a fixed-term period of five years from 1 October 2018. The fellow will be offered an affiliation with the Faculty of Law.

The basic salary of the fellowship, which is pensionable under the Universities Superannuation Scheme, is £31,604 p.a. (under review). The fellow will be a member of the Senior Common Room and be entitled to free meals in college along with a research allowance of £1,500 p.a.

Candidates should hold a DPhil/PhD in Law or be close to completion, or have equivalent experience through, for example, completing a BCL/MJur/LLM degree and engaging in subsequent sustained academic research work without having been formally registered for a doctoral degree.
