Research Associate, Project Alpha

The salary will be paid at Grade 6 £33,518 - £39,992 plus £2,923 London Weighting Allowance per annum.

This post will be Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

The purpose of this role is to support Project Alpha’s research and capacity building activity related to non-proliferation controls. This will include supporting capacity building activity in Asia. The post holder will be expected to:

  • Conduct open source research and related analysis into issues pertaining to proliferation-related trade
  • To evaluate the use of novel IT solutions in support of the project’s research
  • To assist in dissemination of project research through written and oral means
  • To participate in the administration of the project

The selection process will include a criteria based shortlisting process and panel based interview.

Interviews are scheduled to be held the week commencing: 22nd January
