The Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) is pleased to invite applications for the post of Estates Systems Coordinator. The successful candidate will join the dedicated and pro-active estates team who strive to provide the best quality of environment possible to support the activities within Manchester’s world renowned music conservatoire and its performance venues.

The Estates Systems Coordinator will be responsible to the Environment and Operations Manager and will support the planning and implementation of the minor works programme and the maintenance of the estate. The appointed person will be responsible for the development of procedures and systems used in the management of the estate, particularly all matters pertaining to compliance.

You will be well organised, a good administrator and communicator and have a positive, practical and diplomatic approach. 

The role holder will possess (or qualifications that are leading to) a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, or a relevant professional qualification RICS, CIOB or CIBSE, or substantial relevant experience.

Participation in the Estates Services Team ‘out-of-hours’ on-call rota, involving periods of on-call status (average one week of every four), responding to occasional emergency callout duties outside normal working hours is required.
